Handmade Uniqueness: Since many of our products are handblown (Murano style) or hand-glazed, minor variations in pattern, texture, air bubbles, and finish are signatures of the artisanal process and ensure that every piece is unique.
Dimensional Tolerance: Due to the firing process of ceramics and manual measurement, all listed dimensions are approximate. A size variance of up to 1 inch is considered within the realm of reasonable manufacturing tolerance.
Transport Adjustments: For certain items, safe transit requires high-pressure protective packaging. Upon arrival, some decorative elements may require minor manual adjustment or “fluffing” to reach their full aesthetic potential as seen in our gallery photos.
Usage & Safety Responsibility
The Vase Gallery provides decorative accents intended for home and office display. By purchasing, you acknowledge the following safety guidelines:
Fragility Warning: Glass and ceramic vases are inherently fragile. They should be placed on stable, level surfaces and kept out of the reach of children and pets to prevent accidental breakage or injury.
Weight & Stability: For our larger Floor Vases, users are responsible for ensuring proper placement to avoid tipping. The Vase Gallery is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or breakage resulting from improper handling, placement, or accidental impact.
Water Usage: Unless specifically labeled as “Watertight,” artisanal vases are intended for dry floral arrangements or decorative display. We are not responsible for water damage to furniture caused by seepage.
Logistics, Errors & External Delays
Typographical Errors: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing, availability, or descriptions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
Shipping & Force Majeure: All estimated delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
