Why we have delivery restrictions:
Due to the fragile nature of our premium ceramics and artisanal glass, as well as the dimensions of our larger floor vases, we require reliable, door-to-door tracking and specialized handling. Consequently, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses. We kindly ask for your understanding, as these restrictions are in place to prevent breakages and ensure your order arrives in pristine condition via our trusted carriers.
We believe in a clear and honest pricing structure. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your order subtotal before taxes and are displayed transparently during the checkout process.
The shipping cost you see in your secure checkout is final—there are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges.
To help you plan your space’s transformation, we provide a detailed breakdown of our delivery schedule. We utilize a combination of UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure the best route for your specific destination.

Your Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The Vase Gallery is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Missing Items: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first contact the local carrier branch to open an investigation.
